Credit Card: 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. If you are paying with a credit card be sure the address on your Impakt RC account is also the billing address for the card. Enter the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement. If the billing address is incorrect, your payment could be declined. We offer the option of shipping to a different address other than the billing address. Enter your credit card # without dashes. Also be sure to input the CVV correctly (last 3 digits on the back of your card). We are looking very closely for credit card fraud. Swift action will be taken and we will notify law enforcement immediately when any fraud is detected.

PayPal: 
For your convenience, you may use your PayPal account to make purchases from Impakt RC. After making your payment, please be sure PayPal returns you to our site for final order confirmation.
Check or Money Order:
You may purchase our products by check or money order.
To obtain the correct amount for the check or money order, create an account and add all of the items to your shopping cart. Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment screen.
You should see your caluculated total in the top right of the page.

Checks and money orders should be made payable to Impakt/Tekno RC. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery after your payment clears.
Sales Tax:
Any orders shipped within California are subject to 7.75% sales tax. There is no tax charged for orders outside of California (Sorry Californians, it's the law).
Free Standard Shipping DetailsFree shipping is only available to US customers (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Free Standard Shipping product eligibility is indicated on the product info page of every product (just under the Stock Status of the product).
You must have over $100 of eligible products in your Shopping Cart to qualify for free shipping. If you have any items in your cart that aren't eligible for free shipping, then you will pay shipping for those items. Sales tax does not count toward your order total.
If the order is eligible for free shipping, the "Free Standard Shipping" option will appear during checkout. You MUST select the free shipping option at the time of purchase to receive free shipping.
We will use the most cost effective method for shipping, so orders may take a little longer than upgraded shipping methods to reach their destination. However, some orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail if possible.

Shipping - US Customers:
We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS shipping options.Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location and shipping method.Shipping and handling charges are computed automatically based on the weight of the items ordered and are presented to you before final order confirmation.Orders placed before 12:00pm PST are usually shipped out that day. Orders placed after this time are usually shipped the following business day.We cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged sent through USPS Priority mail.There is no tracking available for Priority Mail packages.

We offer USPS Express Mail® International (EMS), Priority Mail® International, and First-Class Mail® International services.

Please be aware that international packages can be delayed due to weather or customs. These delays are beyond our control and we can not be held responsible for any such delays.
We cannot put any dollar amount other than the actual dollar amount on your package, it is illegal for us to do so.
We cannot mark your package as GIFT, it is illegal for us to do so.
We must put an invoice in the package for all international orders.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged packages sent through First-Class Mail® International or Priority Mail International.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for packages that are returned due to incorrect address.

If you are experiencing difficulty with any of our products, email us and we will do what we can to help. We do not warrant or service products from other manufacturers. Contact the respective manufacturer regarding any claims.
Products must be unopened and unused. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt for a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges (to and from).
